Hi, George and All,

Just to say that my friend has reinstalled WMP version 10 which has
overwritten the version 11 beta.

It was definitely the beta causing the problem because I can now access my
downloaded audio books since I can get licence validation.

Just thought I should warn against the beta.

Best wishes,

Joan.
