George, thanks for that.
I checked the site to be told that I'm running the beta of WMP11. I'm
wondering if this could be the problem since it's a beta. Anyway, I
downloaded and saved it again in case it would make a difference overwriting
it?
The other alternative is to download version 10 and substitute this but I
don't know if I'd first have to uninstall the beta 11.
Aren't computers fun!
Anyway, I might ask a sighted friend for help, unless you can advise me
here?
