Hi, George, In the add/remove programs, I have Windows Installer and Windows Service Pack 2. No mention of Windows Components. Sorry to be such a nuisance, but should it be the Windows Installer I go to? Don't want to mess up the wrong program. Thanks for your help. Best wishes, Joan. ----- Original Message ----- From: "George Bell" <george@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, September 30, 2006 4:44 PM Subject: [jaws-uk] Re: Repairing Windows Media Player > Hi Joan, > > When you go into Control Panel, Add Remove Programs, you > need to select "Windows Components".
