One way to read the full E-mail address in Outlook 2002 once you have
moved away from the "to" field and edited the subject field is to use
the jaws cursor. Once you have tabbed back to the "to" field route
jaws to PC cursor and then navigate character by character.

Best wishes

Robert

Oggetto: [jaws-uk] Getting jaws to read the address entered in the To:
field of Microsoft Outlook 2003

Can anyone offer any suggestions on the following problem
which a JAWS 7 user is having?

George.

I see this behaviour on both my desktop and laptop which
have different operating systems and different
configurations.
1. Create a new message in Microsoft Outlook 2003.

2. In the to field type an e-mail address.

3. Tab to the subject field and type a subject.

4. Now, shift tab to the to field and try reading the e-mail address you
just entered using the left and right arrow keys.

5. JAWS will probably read a < sign or a; but not the
complete e-mail address.
