[jaws-uk] Punctuation Jaws 10

Hi there,
Using Jaws 10 and the last update I heard of, I can't get the punctuation to
stay on all when I'm in a word document. If I switch programs with alt tab
to check an e-mail while I'm working on a word document, the punctuation
I've set to all changes by itself to most. Is there a place in the config
manager where you can change this permanently. It used to be under
synthesiser options but seems to have vanished now. Also where can I turn
flash movies off permanently when I'm on the Internet. Another thing I find
this Jaws 10 much less stable than Jaws 9 using a Vista laptop with home
basic and Office 2007. If I'm using word, it suddenly freezes and says,
word has stopped responding. Also the speech suddenly stops occasionally
while reading a word document and I have to wait ages and the speech comes
back. This sort of thing didn't happen with Jaws 9. Sorry lots of things
in one message.
