[jaws-uk] Problems with reading Word with the latest Jaws update

Hello All,
Jaws 11.0.1430,
Windows XP Home,
Office, not sure, but think it's 2000,
Word 9.0.8965.
Since installing the latest Jaws update, and when using Say All in Word,
Jaws is now reading only one line at a time.
Jaws read Word correctly until this update.
No problems when using Notepad.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem, please?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
