Hi David That didn't work, it just opened the page again with the download link. However, when the alert came up I just printed anyway and the TV license printed fine. So while JAWS is reading the alert the document is clearly still viewable. I tried Space, Enter, all the usual things, but the alert never disappeared. Thanks for your advice anyway. I have been sent an Email with a link to download the license as a PDF file. When I click on this link Adobe opens and I get an alert "Protection Failure". Is there anyway I can bypass this security alert and open the license to print? I am assuming of course that this site is trustworthy.
