Hi all,

Hopefully I'm not teaching anyone to suck eggs here but the key issue that
has not been mentioned yet is as follows:

Alt+Tab or Alt+Shift+Tab (with the Alt key held down) will cycle through all
the open application windows either forwards or backwards.
Alt+Tab but releasing the Alt key after each press will switch between the
last 2 used applications

In other words, the key issue here is whether or not you release the Alt
key.

Regards,

Jamie

        Hi Robin,

Here, 32-bit Win-7 home premium, Jaws 11.0.1147, alt-tab moves from
window to windo on the task bar, and shift+alt+ tab does the same, but the
other way round. It has always worked this way on previous versions of
Windows.
        Cheers,
        Pierre.

Alt Tab will only alternate focus between the current opened window and the
last window that was in focus. This is a Windows keystroke and not a Jaws
one.

in some areas, I get jaws saying "blank" before it will read the next item
in the view. Anyone who goes to the Allinplay games site will see this
happening in any of the game pages.

the webpages had edit fields on it and I kept getting shuffled around the
edit fields with this keystroke... I had to minimise everything and tab
round to the task bar to get to my inbox....
