[jaws-uk] Problem with MS Word in Outline View

Hello,
I'm using Jaws 9, Windows XP and MS Word 2003. When I am working with a
document in
Outline view and I have collapsed all text (using Alt-Shift-a) to show just the
structure of
headings, Word frequently crashes as I arrow up or down through the headings.
Is this a
known problem? Anyone have any ideas about how to avoid it?
