You have tethered the JAWS cursor to PC cursor. Hit
ctrl-insert-NumpadDash to change whether the JAWS cursor will or will
not follow the PC cursor. Then, do the same keytroke twice again
(within a second) to save the setting

Hi folks
I seem to have done something to change what happens when I go into JAWS
cursor - now when I arrow down to read the page I keep getting the same
line repeated and I can only move on by pressing page down, but again
when I use up and down cursor it seems to stay on the same line. What
have I done and how can I fix it?
I am using Windows XP Home and JFW 6.2
