Hi Darren, when the computer was serviced, did you reinstall Windows? If not and all else fails, you may like to try uninstalling Jaws using Revo Uninstaller then installing it again from scratch. Admittedly, this is a step in the dark as it were, but I recently had a somewhat similar problem and managed to sort it by completely removing Jaws and all its traces from my machine first with Revo Uninstaller and then install from scratch. Normal uninstall did not work. If you do not want to wait for sighted help You could use another screen reader to do this. Good luck. Isus EN210 Silent I installed yesterday straight from the provided CD. I'll check regarding updated drivers. Also, and this may or may not be connected, at windows start up I'm receiving a found new hardware for high definition audio bus, even though the only card installed is working correctly and it's an edoral UA25E Cancelling out of that message doesn't seem to cause any issues. It might also help if we knew what make and model of card you have installed. George. I had a problem with a faulty graphics card which kept causing Jaws to bring up a message at windows start up. Install video intercept and restart etc. At that time, I got an error saying it couldn't install. The graphics card has now been replaced but am still getting the video intercept install mesage. However, clicking the execute button does now restart the system. On restart, the same message appears. I'm not able to use the Jaws cursor, presumably because of this problem. All this was with Jaws 9. I installed Jaws 10 to see if that would help, but the same problem occurs. How can I fix this because the system is totally useless as it is. Thanks in advance for any assistance. Incidentally, the system has just been repaired and serviced, so it's all operating fine. Cheers Darren
