Hi. Thanks George. Incidentally, I've stopped the found hardware Wizzard for the high def audio bus from sparking up. I'll check with Site & Sound, Jaws provider. If so, this appears to be a dual monitor card, and I've a sneaky feeling you may have to disable the second output. Perhaps worth a call to JAWS technical support to check. George. Sorry, the card is... Isus EN210 Silent I installed yesterday straight from the provided CD. I'll check regarding updated drivers. Also, and this may or may not be connected, at windows start up I'm receiving a found new hardware for high definition audio bus, even though the only card installed is working correctly and it's an edoral UA25E Cancelling out of that message doesn't seem to cause any issues. It might also help if we knew what make and model of card you have installed. George. I had a problem with a faulty graphics card which kept causing Jaws to bring up a message at windows start up. Install video intercept and restart etc. At that time, I got an error saying it couldn't install. The graphics card has now been replaced but am still getting the video intercept install mesage. However, clicking the execute button does now restart the system. On restart, the same message appears. I'm not able to use the Jaws cursor, presumably because of this problem. All this was with Jaws 9. I installed Jaws 10 to see if that would help, but the same problem occurs. How can I fix this because the system is totally useless as it is. Thanks in advance for any assistance. Incidentally, the system has just been repaired and serviced, so it's all operating fine. Cheers Darren
