Hi James, I will have to look at an Office 2003 System tomorrow, but in PowerPoint 2007, you need to select the text box, then find the “Size” ribbon. Click on that, and a dialog with three tabs comes up – Size, Position and Alt Text. Once you are on the “Size” tab, it’s quite intuitive. I’ve got to say that PowerPoint’s Help was not at all helpful. George. Is there anyway that you can insert a text or picture box in a predefined place on a slide without using the mouse? Thanks, James No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
