MessageHi Mark Yes, I've been here already, but my problem is that this utility is not working for me. I have pop-up blocker turned "off" , I know this because the first item in the pop-up menu is turn "on" pop-up blockers, which suggests to me that they are off. The settings option is unavailable, again suggesting that the utility is turned off. When I hit enter on the link which takes me to the BBC media window which opens a new window, there is a funny "click" and the status line reads that pop-ups have been blocked from this page. As I said, the only way I can overcome this is to route Jaws to PC and left click while holding down the control key. It's not the end of the world, but I would like to understand why this is happening. Kind regards ... I think you'll find its all pretty much self-explanatory in there. Its worth noting however, any changes made in here usually requires a Browser re-start to take effect. HTH. There are certain sites where I want the pop-ups to occur such as the BBC listen again page, but when I turn it off in the tools pop-up blocker menu, it still does not allow the new browser window and confirms this in the status line. The only way I can get it to open the new window is by routing Jaws to PC and clicking the left mouse button while holding down the control key. I have looked at the settings in the pop-up blocker sub-menu, but there is nothing obvious there. Has anyone else had any problems and if so how have they overcome this, if indeed they have? As always, thanks for any help. Kind regards ... Scott
