[jaws-uk] Pop-Up Blockers

I'm using IE 6 and JAWS 9 Pro. I've turned off pop-up blockers, but still on
some sites I am getting that little noise and a message saying a pop-up has
been blocked and I can't progress. However, if I go to JAWS Cursor mode and
activate the link with the left mouse click, it works okay.
Any ideas why pop-ups are still being blocked when I've turned it off? And why
using the JAWS Cursor works around it? It is only a problem when there is a lot
of stuff on the page and I can't find the link I want to click on with the JAWS
cursor.
