Here's a very quick outline:
The juice interface consists of a number of pages,
like a multi-page dialog. To move between the pages,
use either the View menu, or CTRL + TAB.
The subscriptions page contains two panes: a list of
subscriptions, and the episodes available for the
selected subscription. Press TAB to move between the
two panes.
To download episodes, use one of the options on the
Tools menu:
- Check All: downloads all available episodes from all
your subscriptions
- Catch up: dowloads only the latest episode from all
your subscriptions
- Check selected: downloads all the available episodes
from the selected subscription.
After all of these options, you are taken to the
download page.
The download page consists of a list of files which
are either downloading or downloaded. To play a
downloaded file, select it and press SPACEBAR. Your
media player then opens and starts to play it.
