Léonie The only problem I have had with Audible is that for a while it seemed to display the wrong download screen and just hang. The audible people were unable to say why this was happening, especially as the right connection would inconsistently be made eventually or (if I was lucky) on the first attempt. The problem only occurred with Internet Explorer (version 6); using Webbie, Audible worked every time. I am running Windows XP Pro with JAWS 6.2. On doing an install of the Audible Manager and the Audible Download Manager, the problem disappeared. How it arose and why it disappeared, no-one from Audible was able to tell me. However, this procedure could well solve this other Audible problem. I've got Jaws 9 on a Windows XP Home machine here and the library page seems ok here. I haven't got access to Vista, so I'm afraid I can't offer to explore any further than this. Hope you get it sorted. Occasionally, on attempting to cursor down I receive the message "frame" and "frame end. Also, on tabbing in and out of the site I receive merely the title information, i.e. "audible.co.uk" but nothing else. Refreshing the web page does not help. I've successfully been using www.audible.co.uk for several months on my desktop which is equipped with Windows XP Professional (its only since I tried to access the "My Library" using Windows Vista Home Premium that the problems have started. It just seems to be the "My Library" section which is causing problems. I'd be grateful for any light which other users can shed on this. In particular are there any users of Windows Vista and Jaws 9.0 who use the audible.co.uk site? If so what have been your experiences? Sorry for the lengthy e-mail. Regards, Kevin
