Hi Kevin, I've nothing to suggest I'm afraid, but I find that links that take you to a different place on the same web page some times work and some times don't depends on the page I'm looking at. So yeah, the same thing happens with me some times. I don't know, it could be something that has to do with the web page design?

Hi all, I am not sure whether this is a Jaws issue or not but, given that a sighted friend is able to open a "same page link", within e-mail when using a mouse but I am unable to do the same thing using either the return key or the left mouse button, I suspect that it does qualify as a Jaws issue. On clicking on "same page link" within an e-mail Jaws does not take me to the relevant link on the page and the only way in which I can reach the information I want is by trawling down, through the mail until I reach the relevant part. However a sighted friend tells me that the cursor does, in fact move and he is certainly able to open the relevant link by using the mouse. I've tried playing with the security settings in Windows Mail but this has made no difference. I've also tried using Control Enter but with no effect. Can anyone help please?
