menu in adobe Reader.

  Here, you'll be prompted to choose a format such as Plane text, ASCII or 
HTML, and say why you want it converted. Apparently then when pressing the 
button labeled "gget this Adobe PDF Document", you're e-mail client is supposed 
to launch, and you attach the file in the normal way.

  I say apparently, because i've actually never tried it lol. Maybe I'll check 
it out later!
