This is not a Jaws issue, but just in case anyone else is having this problem I thought I'd let people know about this. A friend recently had a problem with Outlook Express reading and sending messages and using the address book. Error messages were "There was an error opening this message. An error has occurred" And "The Address Book failed to load. Outlook Express is incorrectly configured" etc. I did some searching on the internet and finally discovered this was caused by a MSoft update KB911567.
