If you already have Internet explorer on the system, launch it and go to
tools / options, control+tab until you get to the programs tab.
The first option in that tab is the default E-mail program. If Outlook
express is on the system, it will be in this list so just select it and ok
your way out of the options.
Note that this will bring Outlook express up every time you use E-mail.
