I'm sure the auto complete was working properly yesterday ... but not now
... I'm not aware of changing anything in Outlook!
In the past several days the only thing that has changed is a JAWS 18
update.
Although upon further investigation I think some of the auto fill is
happening but JAWS just isn't reading it.
If for instance I type the letter S in the "To" field all I can see in the
edit box is the S and nothing else happens. It seems to be waiting for me to
type.
Previously I was getting auto suggestions straight away and I could carry on
typing or arrow up and down to select one.
I've now just tried entering the letter S and arrowing down a couple of
times and then hitting enter. I have no idea of the selection but if I hit
enter an email address goes in. I tried arrowing down 2 times, 3 times etc
and every time I press enter I get a different email address go in.
It looks like it might be working but JAWS isn't telling me anything. I have
no idea why this has decided to stop working.
I've already double checked that the option to auto complete is checked in
Outlook and it is.
Any suggestions appreciated.

I'm using the latest version of JAWS with Outlook 2016
When sending a message and putting in a name or email address from my
contacts . I could type an S for example and it would show me a list of
names/email starting with an S. I could then move up and down this list. I
could also type more than an S and could start to type the name Sandra for
instance and the email address would be filled in. I then just pressed enter
if I wanted to select it.
Anyway, when I now type a letter in the to or cc fields I get no choices at
all and is only show what I actually time in.
Why has this stopped working and how do I get it back? Does anyone have any
ideas?
