Hi there Alex. I had this problem when I first used JAWS 9, but then got the upgrade to Version 10 and it seemed to cure the problem. I normally use Work Week view, and this problem for me came up more when I was accessing other people's calendars, because of problems with permission settings. You could try switching to Work Week view and see if that helps. I have a user who says that when she accesses her calendar in outlook 2003, on some days where she knows she has appointments sometimes she's told there are none. She's using day view.
