[jaws-uk] Outlook 2003 and jaws 9

Does anyone know if there is a problem with the Outlook 2003 calendar
and jaws 9? I have a user who says that when she accesses her calendar
in outlook 2003, on some days where she knows she has appointments
sometimes she's told there are none. She's using day view.
