[jaws-uk] Outlook

Hi all
I'm trying to get to grips with Outlook. I have a few stumbling blocks, but
I could really do with some help on these two:
1. Without going into file, how do I actually open a message?
2. When sending a message to someone in my address book, the auto-complete
isn't working even though I have it selected in options. What might I be
doing wrong?
