OK, it's certainly worth a try. I suggest you power absolutely everything down including your router. Wait at least 10 minutes. Power up the router first, and again wait 10 minutes or so for the router to get it's IP address from your ISP and settle down. The power up the systems and see if that resolves things. (Smile) Incidentally, I've also tried connecting from 2 other PCs at home and they are all doing the exact same - it's almost as if Microsoft has decided to block everything from our home network - is that likely for any reason? I've just signed up to a new Windows Live account and can get to the log in screen and then to the main account screen without hitches. However, when I try to access my email, either using the Hotmail link or with the "Mail" link, I simply keep getting the standard browser message of "The page can't be displayed". Even if I try to go directly to "www.hotmail.co.uk" or "www.hotmail.com" I get the same result. I've been trying since last night so don't believe that the whole Hotmail server system is down but I wondered if anyone knows of any browser setting or add on feature which might prevent me getting access? It seems pretty bizarre to me. I'm using Jaws 11, IE8 and Windows XP SP3.
