It'll then ask for confirmation, so just press okay, and you should be sorted. To make absolutely sure what you're doing though, it might be worth reading any dialogs with the JFW cursor, since they're not automatically read at present. Downloaded Spybot, and installed successfully. I'm able to get the prog to scan fine, but I can't click on any buttons once this is done. I've tried tab, routing Jaws to pc and using mouse buttons, but can't do anything. I've downloaded 4 progs in all to do with antispyware, and I didn't pay for any of them. I know that 2 of them will let me scan, but if I want to remove anything they want me to register and pay. they've directed me to pages to do so. Wondered whether I need to register Spybot in order to access the removal part. If not, i'm wondering how to access the buttons which I believe are on the screen. running JFW 4.5 and win 98 se, and no I haven't been running all these antispyware progs all at once. Thanks for any help. Jill.
