Yes, it appears when your Toshiba laptop was returned to factory
settings, Norton anti Virus was also re-installed.
Think you need a removal tool from the Semantech.com web site,
the firm that makes Norton Anti Virus.
A computer should never have more than one anti virus program
running at the same time, as they will fight each other.
