Hi Maggie,

No! you're not completely wrong! you're completely right!! My wife has done 
just as you said, and it has worked with the removal of the greater than 
sign in forwarded emails, and am awaiting another email with the =20 
nonsense, and if jaws doesn't read that either, then you've cracked it my 
dear!!
