Since then I appear to be having a problem deleting emails in Outlook Express. Has any one else experienced this? In collapsed or expanded mode some emails just won't go away when the delete key is pressed. Jaws says message deleted but it remains there. It seems to be happening more frequently each day. I've scanned the whole computer for viruses and other malware with AVG internet security but nothing is found. Any ideas before I System restore. Also if I system restore what will happen to the latest Jaws I installed? Should I uninstall it first and reinstall the old Jaws 10?
