[jaws-uk] New Dell laptop and anti virus/spam/spyware

Hi there,
A friend of mine has just purchased a new Dell XPS laptop with Windows 7, on
which is installed a copy of MacAfee anti virus.
I have generally been warned off this software as a Jaws user.
Has anyone got any comments on the combination of Microsoft Security
Essentials with Windows Defender and Windows Firewall from an accessibility
point of view?
Second question - is MacAfee still not a good option for a Jaws user?
The guy has Jaws 12.
