Hi Belinda.

It is quite good but I see no reason for using it rather than JAWS or
Window-eyes. Supernova is, in my opinion, still a bit flaky on the internet
with speech though improvements are being made with each version release.

It could be useful though for people with older versions of screenreaders
that do not use the same underlying technology that the three major
screenreaders use.

There is also the Lookout screenreader that may well benefit from working
with Webbie.

Cheers

Graham

Does anyone ever use Webbie for navigating internet pages? It's a free
download from here:
http://www.screenreader.co.uk/products/webbie.htm.
It claims to make web pages easier to read, converting them to text. I had
a quick look at it and it looks quite good. Once Webbie's running you can
switch easily between viewing pages normally or in Webbie by using Control +
W. Does anyone use it, do you like it?
