For some reason, jfw takes a few minutes to catch up with the fast
scrolling text in telnet, it reads the scroll much better with the Gmud.
Also the Gmud client has more custom settings for things like aliases,
Makros and triggers. For example, you can set up a line or string of
text, and when jfw reads this, the game can be set to perform commands
or multiple commands as you set them.

The Alter Aeon game you mention has a specific port for logging on for
blind and VI users with screen readers, and it does work pretty good
with jfw.
