[jaws-uk] Mirror driver not installing

Good morning list,
A computer technician friend is having problems reinstalling Jaws 14 for a 
customer of his.  Any help would be appreciated.

This is the message he is getting

“The Freedom Scientific display driver is not correctly installed.  Run the 
setup install package with type /repair”.

He has done this with no good result obviously.  It’s fairly urgent.  Any 
pointers or advice might be helpful.
