As far as I know, Windows Live Messenger is just the name for the latest
version of MSN, so they are affectively the same thing.

 dear List I am not using messenger at all, and it keeps reminding. now in
the system tray I can ignore but if something I do  like looking for an
update I am whisked out to I.e and messenger is trying to sign me up How can
I stop this if I want it one day i am sure I'll find it.

 also please what is the difference between Windows messenger and MSm? Thank
