Hi Hazel
On your Start Menu there should be 'My Documents'. Press Enter on this and a
list of folders will open. Press your Applications Key and Arrow up until you
come to New Sub Menu. Press Enter on this and the first option should be
Folder. If it isn't the first, use your Arrows to find Folder. Press Enter when
you come to Folder. Type the name of the Folder you want to create and press
Enter. Then you're done!
