Yes, I can confirm Office 2003 does work under Windows 7 just like it did in Vista. The problem with my machine though is that I cannot start Outlook as it complains that mapi32.dll is of the wrong version or corrupt. This is probably because Windows Live Mail installs a newer version of the DLL that Outlook doesn't support. But this could be my machine though so who knows.
