Last week I replied to someone on this list about the use of Insert 3 on the numbers row. I am wondering if it would work for you but I really don't know.
Simply press Insert 3 before activating the final button. The circumstances aren't exactly the same but it may work.

Has anyone here tried to leave feedback on eBay recently using JAWS? I found that the final button did not activate, even when using the JAWS cursor. In addition, the graphics where you could rate things like Satisfied/Dissatisfied did not appear to do anything; they were not "on mouseover" and did not pop up any text as they used to.
