HiAs george says if you want to use media Centra, you'll need to upgrade to jaws Professional as media Centre uses some Windows NT components.
I found this out to my cost last year, but I couldn't very well take the computer back so I had to bite the bullet.
I wouldn't even go for Windows Vista until they've ironed out any bugs that are bound to appear in the next 6 months or so.
