Try a system restore to a couple of days ago before that update came down
and see if it works.
Just type system restore into your search box and follow instructions when
you open it.

Hi Amie,
Press alt and space together to get the system menu. Down arrow and you'll
get either maximise or max unavailable. If unavailable, it means it is
maxed.

Just accepted the latest update to JAWS 16 and suddenly control down arrow
doesn't navigate paragraphs within emails. Anyone else having the same issue
and any thoughts on it?
