[jaws-uk] Lap top key strokes

Hi there,
I am getting to grips with the key strokes, I want to learn them before I
get my lap top which will probably be next week. What are the key strokes
for reading the status bar, and also how do you get the Jaws window in
focus, of course normally it's insert J?
