Hi Angela Daniel hear. Another sergestion that I don't think has been 
mentioned yet if so, then sorry for repeating it is to turn on the "tool 
tips" check box in Jaws. This then will after every file that you come 
across jaws will mention the name of the file, date, and eventually the 
"file size" I thought I'd add this because it does it in a more automatic 
way I find.
