Go into Control panel, Start menu Windows key, s, enter. Now hit k for
Keyboard, and enter. You are probably on the Speed tab (blame Microsoft
for that one, not the drug!!!) Shift-tab, rightarrow, to get to the
language Tab. tab through the ensuing dialogue, and choose your
options. You can add/remove keyboard languages easily; just a restart
of the computer, etc., for which you will be prompted, if you choose to
do that. You can also elect to have a keyboard shortcut or no shortcut,
to change keyboard languages.
