Nigel,
I understood you.  The fact is, that nearly every key combination is
doable by one means or another; but people are talking about
inconvenient key combinations.

I don't think you understood me.  I meant you use the right hand for the
insert and control keys.  This leaves your left hand totally free for
the I
key.
