[jaws-uk] Jaws tutorials?

Hi there!
I am relatively new to the list and hope to get jaws installed on my computer
this week!
I have been using Super nova for the last year or so and I understand that I
will need a bit of help to switch over!
Is there some tutorials that can help with the Jaws shortcut keys and the
functions of the numeric key pad with out going through the Microsoft shortcut
keys?
Some basic help and advice would be great. As all this technology is all very
new to me!
