Mandy, repair is one of the options on the install menu. When you start the installation, either by putting the cd in or clicking on the executable you will get options to install, repair or remove.

Subject: [jaws-uk] Jaws repair

Hi my Jaws seems to be corrupt and I wanted to run a repair, my husband who is sighted tried to find the repair in the installation files but it doesn't
seem to be there. We even inserted the Jaws 12 disc but can't find it.
Jaws is doing some very strange things, and while the installation files
were running, it said Jaws mirror something or other did not install
properly, so there definitely seems to be something weird going on but as I say can't find a repair at all. Also in my e-mail folders, I can't open my deleted items, it says outlook cannot open the folder close outlook and try
again There are 3 like this. so maybe outlook is corrupt as well. Also
when I open the folders that do work I cannot scan through the unread
messages to see which I want to open. The cursor seems to land on one
message and will not move, up or down or I am not able to open the message,
when it opens it seems to open an edit field as if I'm trying to write a
message. It is all very strange. So I think I may have 2 problems.

Thanks for any enlightenment. I have Outlook 2007 and Jaws 12525

Mandy
