I have a feeling that, as Jaws is working fine pretty much everywhere else,
this would be unlikely to make a difference though I will keep it in mind as
an option.

I have been using outlook 2007 from the past 3 months with JAWS 13, haven't
come across such a situation. I think there is something wrong with the JAWS
installation, could you seek and do a repair?

Hi there,

Just hoping that someone can help.  I have a client who is using Windows 7,
Outlook 2010 and Jaws 13.

Quite often, when scrolling down his list of emails in the In Box (or other
email folders) Jaws will speak messages normally for a while and then will
stop speaking as he continues down the list of messages.  In order to get
Jaws to speak the missed messages, he has then to scroll back up and down
again.

Anyone experienced similar issues and, if so, any suggestions of how to make
the speech more reliable?
