[jaws-uk] Jaws not reading the unread status in Outlook

Hi,
I am now using Jaws V8 with XP and have a problem in Outlook.
Other than the first occasion when I run the PC curser over an new e-mail,
Jaws does not tell me that its still unread. It says nothing about the
status which makes me think I have read it.
I no this can be fixed by changing a setting somewhere but I just can't
locate it.
If anyone could help I'd be most grateful.
