What I logically may imagine:
One:
Your sounding scheme, whether hardware , software, or even both, can
you test by launching narrator, NVDA, or any sort of vocalizing ?
it is just a thought, since it is quite strange to be observed.
Two:
You may need to repair the installed version for solving aims.
that's what I may think of approach your query.
