[jaws-uk] Jaws losing his voice.

Hi all, and a happy new year to you!
I'm using Jaws 12, and I've found that he often loses his voice, and I can't
think of any real reason for this.
I don't remember it happening much in the past, but it appears to be quite
frequent; does anyone know why/how this is happening, and how I can restore
the voice without having to switch off and on the computer each time?
